How We Work

Our grants cover a great diversity of issues critical to neighborhoods. We support organizations that work in ways that inspire New Yorkers to become more educated and active participants in the overall life of the city. The Foundation has a strong interest in community organizing and advocacy. In limited circumstances, we will support direct service organizations that seem likely to move toward advocacy and organizing.
