Creating a Respectful Workplace
Interested in creating a comfortable work environment? Training your employees to identify inappropriate workplace behavior is the first and best way to prevent sexual harassment and discrimination, while establishing a safe and respectful work setting for all.
Join us for a session where our expert attorneys will provide an overview of applicable laws with a particular focus on the new sexual harassment prevention legislation recently implemented by New York State, common legal pitfalls, and best practices. Every nonprofit is mandated by law to adopt these new policies, so be sure that you are up-to-date by attending this training!
