NYF provides multi-year unrestricted grants to groups organizing and advocating for our communities in New York City.

These five groups are led by people of color, queer people, and disabled people, and are working on critical issues including police reform, electoral accountability, youth organizing, and housing justice.

Communities United for Police Reform is a multi-sector, multi-strategy campaign to end discriminatory and abusive policing practices in New York City.

 

Inner City Green Team

Inner City Green Team is creating an effective, sustainable, and replicable recycling infrastructure at NYCHA developments with job creation and community revitalization.

 

The People’s Plan

The People’s Plan is a citywide multi-issue grassroots coalition advocating for a city budget and policy platform that provides dignity, care, and justice for all New Yorkers.

 

Youth Alliance for Housing

YAH is a collective of young people fighting for a housing system where young people have an influential voice, tenants have power, and landlords do not profit off of marginalized communities.
